Returns & refunds

Eligibility

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless damaged or incorrect.
• Include your order number or receipt.

Non-returnable items

Opened or installed parts, items marked final sale, opened electronics, and products that are not in resalable condition may not be returned.

Request a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Approved requests receive return instructions.

Refunds

Returns are inspected before approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping and any applicable restocking fee may be deducted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 3 business days with photos of the package and item. If the issue is confirmed as our error, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
